Just got back from Frankfurt and visiting the big Book Fair. Was lots of fun, and it is quite cool to be a part of something like that and actually wander around like you belong there.
Not much plugging to be done, sadly; most publishing companies represented were the huge "you-require-an-agent-to-be-acknowledged-here" type. I did talk to someone from a small London-based publisher and there's an interesting opportunity there of submitting work for their upcoming short story anthology of new authors.
On other writing stuffs: I recently submitted a story to another magazine, Whispers of Wickedness, and made it through the initial reading. They are hanging onto it for a good while now to see if I'll make the actual magazine. Still, it's quite cool ^^
In the upcoming week, there will be much writing and submitting to several magazines and of course the publisher.
Expected updates on here will mostly be image pieces, though I do want to work on a larger piece (which will most likely be too long for submitting to magazines, which usually have a 4000 word limit).
Things are being put into motion now, so stay tuned!
Love,
Fuzz

...oh, and he publishes media and humanities, so he wouldn't be much of a help anyway XD He said it was an impressive book fair though!
Looking forward to the new works! I wish I were as prolific

Fafnir was one, Saint George killed one, and, rather worryingly, Bruce Lee entered one...

Viddy well, little brother, viddy well...
Also, you don't really recognise who all the publishing people are, so it's hard to be intimidated <g>
